This Pakistan invoice generator opens already set up for rupees: amounts in PKR, the title Sales Tax Invoice, an NTN field for you and your client, sales tax at the standard 18% that you can change per line, and totals written out in words with lakh and crore. Add your items, check the tax, and download a PDF or an Excel file. It runs in your browser, with no signup and nothing uploaded.

How it works

   Your business, NTN and STRN

   Enter your business name, address and NTN, and your sales tax registration number if you have one. Add a logo if you like. Details are kept on this device, so the next invoice starts filled in.

   Customer and items

   Add the customer, with their NTN when they are registered, then each item with a quantity and a price in rupees. Sales tax at 18% is added for you; change the rate or switch it off for a line.

   Payment and download

   Add your bank, account title and IBAN under How to pay, choose a design, and press Create for PDF, Excel, print, WhatsApp or email.

Your data and privacy

The free tools run in your browser. What you type stays on your device, and there is no account, watermark or time limit. Export a JSON backup from the editor menu before you clear your browser data.
