About Nexora Solution
Welcome, and thank you for visiting. Nexora Solution is a software company from Pakistan that has been building business software since 2019. Our head office is in Multan. We do not have an office in Qatar, and we look after customers in Qatar online by WhatsApp and email. Many of our customers are small teams, including the large Pakistani and South Asian business community in Doha.
Most small businesses need a tidy invoice long before they need a big system, so we start with free tools. The free invoice generator runs in your browser, so what you type stays on your device. Choose QAR, type your commercial registration number into the tax ID field, set a tax rate only if you need one, and download a PDF or an Excel file with no watermark.
As the business grows, the Nexora platform adds modules on one account: Restaurant POS, Retail POS, Pharmacy POS, School ERP, CRM, WhatsApp CRM, Transport & Fleet and Property ERP. We also build custom software, mobile apps and online stores. The app screens are in English and are not available in Arabic.

Tax, e-invoicing and what we do not do
Invoices in Qatar, and what to confirm first
As far as we know, Qatar has not yet introduced a general VAT, so many invoices carry no tax line. In May 2026 the Cabinet approved a draft e-invoicing law and its regulations, but the model and dates were not yet public when we wrote this. Please check the General Tax Authority website or ask your accountant before you rely on any of this. In our tools you set the tax rate yourself, including 0%, or leave tax off.
Nexora does not connect to the General Tax Authority, does not issue government e-invoices and does not file any return for you. Documents from the free tools are working invoices and quotations. If you need an integration when e-invoicing rules are published, ask us first, and we will say honestly whether it would be custom work.

What to expect when your software team is in Pakistan
Our team works from Multan, only a couple of hours ahead of Doha, so WhatsApp and email replies usually reach you the same day. We do not run a 24/7 phone line and we have no office in Qatar.
Because Nexora runs in the browser, there is nothing to install at your counter. Setup, data migration and staff training are done online during your free month. We do not offer an Arabic interface or Arabic-English bilingual invoices today. You can type names and descriptions in Arabic, but check the printed result before you send it.
