About Nexora Solution
Hello, and welcome. Nexora Solution is a Pakistani software company that has been building business software since 2019. Our head office is in Multan. We do not have an office in Nigeria, and we would rather tell you that plainly than let a flag on a page suggest otherwise. We work with Nigerian customers online, by WhatsApp and email.
We start with free tools because most small Nigerian businesses need a clean invoice or receipt before they need software. The free invoice generator, receipt generator and quotation generator run in your browser, so what you type stays on your device. If you later want billing, stock, customers and staff in one place, the Nexora platform has a Restaurant POS, Retail POS, Pharmacy POS, School ERP and CRM, with a free first month.
One note on words. In Nigeria, "POS" often means a card terminal or an agent-banking machine. Nexora POS is different: it is billing and stock software that runs your counter, not a card terminal and not a bank agent service.

What to check before you rely on Nexora in Nigeria
The free invoice tools open in naira, let you name a tax such as VAT and set its rate, and have a field for your tax number or TIN. They make documents only. They do not submit invoices to any tax authority, file returns or connect to a government e-invoicing system.
The platform plans are priced in Pakistani rupees for now, and the POS modules were built first for Pakistan. If you need something specific, such as a particular receipt layout or a way to pay from Nigeria, ask us first and we will say honestly what is covered today. We are a software company, not tax advisors, so check VAT and invoicing rules with the tax authority or your accountant.
