Why Our Tools Are Different
Most online invoice makers are the front end of someone else’s database. You sign up, your clients and amounts are stored on the provider’s servers, and the free plan ends in a watermark or an upgrade screen. These tools are built the other way round, and it is worth being precise about what that means.
- The editor runs in your browser. The page downloads the app once. After that, typing, calculating totals and drawing the preview all happen on your own computer or phone.
- Documents are stored on your device. Your business details, saved clients, logos, letterheads, documents and pay stub drafts live in your browser’s own storage for this site. We hold no copy, which also means we cannot recover them for you — use Export JSON backup when you want a file to keep.
- Files are generated locally. PDF and Excel downloads are built on the device. Nothing is uploaded to be converted and sent back.
- Sharing is an action you take. WhatsApp and email open your own app with a message you can edit first. A share link carries the document in the part of the address after the # sign, which browsers do not send to a web server — but anyone you give the link to can open it, so treat it like the document itself.
What the page itself loads: the site, its web fonts and our standard page analytics, which count visits to the page. Clicks and typing inside the editor are excluded from that analytics. And because storage is local, clearing your browser’s site data deletes the documents saved there as well.
Which Tool Do You Need?
The document you need depends on where you are in the sale, or in the pay cycle. Five quick questions cover almost every case:
- The client has not agreed a price yet → a quotation. It states what you will do, for how much, and how long the offer stands. Use the quotation generator.
- The work is delivered and you want to be paid → an invoice. It carries a due date, payment terms and the balance owed. Use the free invoice generator.
- The customer has just paid at a counter → a receipt. Short, printed on a roll and handed over on the spot. Use the thermal receipt generator.

Because every tool shares one editor, the first choice never locks you in. An accepted quotation converts into an invoice, an invoice can produce a receipt, delivery note or credit note, and the document type can be changed in step two of the wizard.
Free Business Tools: Frequently Asked Questions
Are these business tools really free?
Yes. There is no trial period, no paid tier of the tools and no watermark added to your documents. Nexora Solution sells separate business software (POS, CRM and ERP); the free tools stand on their own and do not require it.
Do I need to create an account?
No. They are no signup business tools by design: there is no login, and no email address is asked for. Open a tool and start typing.
Where are my documents saved?
In your browser’s storage on the device you are using. They do not sync to other devices or browsers. To move them, use Export JSON backup in the editor’s menu to save a file, then Import JSON on the other device.
Can I use the tools on my phone?
Yes. The editor adapts to small screens, and on phones whose browser can share files, the WhatsApp and email buttons attach the PDF directly through the share sheet.
What happens if I clear my browser data?
Documents, saved clients, logos and letterheads stored by the tools are deleted with the rest of the site data. Export a JSON backup first if you want to keep them.
Which currencies and languages are supported?
The interface is in English. Documents can use more than 160 ISO currency codes, with the correct decimals and number format for each. PDF downloads cannot yet include Arabic, Urdu or Hebrew text; for those, the tool offers Print → Save as PDF instead.
Are the documents valid for tax purposes?
The tools give you the fields most tax systems ask for, such as tax numbers, tax rates and sequential numbering, but the rules differ by country and business type. Check your local tax rules, or ask your accountant, before relying on a document for tax.
