About Nexora Solution
Assalamu alaikum, and welcome. Nexora Solution is a Pakistani software company that has been building business software since 2019. Our head office is in Multan. We do not have an office in Dhaka or anywhere else in Bangladesh, and we would rather say so plainly. We work with Bangladeshi customers online, by WhatsApp and email.
The Nexora platform is one login with several modules: Pharmacy POS (PharmaFlow), Restaurant POS, Retail POS, School ERP, CRM, WhatsApp CRM, Transport and Fleet, and Property ERP. You pick the module your business needs, add your team, and give each person only the screens their job requires. Nexora AI is built into the modules, and we also make custom software, ERP systems, mobile apps and online stores.
Many small shops start with a paper bill book or a spreadsheet, so we begin with free tools. The invoice generator runs in your browser and keeps what you type on your own device. If you later want billing, stock, customers and staff in one place, the platform is there with a free first month.

VAT, Mushak and what we cover
What to check before you rely on Nexora in Bangladesh
In the invoice generator you choose BDT and add a VAT line yourself under Taxes; the standard VAT rate in Bangladesh is 15%, but your own rate can differ, so check with the National Board of Revenue (NBR) or your accountant. The tool does not produce the NBR’s Mushak forms, such as the Mushak 6.3 tax invoice, and it does not connect to the NBR.
The platform plans are priced in Pakistani rupees for now, the interface is in English, and Nexora does not connect to bKash, Nagad or Rocket. The POS modules were built first for Pakistan. The Restaurant POS applies one tax rate that you can label VAT. If you need something specific, ask us first and we will say honestly what is covered today. We are a software company, not tax advisors.
