About Nexora Solution
Hello, and welcome. Nexora Solution is a Pakistani software company that has been building business software since 2019. Our head office is in Multan. We do not have an office in Saudi Arabia, and we work with Saudi businesses online, by WhatsApp and email.
The Nexora platform is one login with several modules: Restaurant POS, Retail POS, Pharmacy POS, School ERP, CRM, WhatsApp CRM, Transport & Fleet and Property ERP. You choose the one your business needs, add your team, and use it in a browser on a phone or a laptop.
Please read the ZATCA section below before you decide. Saudi Arabia has strict electronic invoicing rules, and Nexora does not yet meet them, so we would rather you know that now. We also build custom software, mobile apps and online stores.

ZATCA, Fatoorah and what we cover
ZATCA e-invoicing: what it asks for and where Nexora stands
The standard VAT rate in Saudi Arabia is 15%. According to published guides to ZATCA’s Fatoorah rules, invoices must be issued electronically, must be in Arabic, and simplified invoices to consumers need a QR code. In the integration phase, which is rolling out in waves, standard invoices to businesses are also sent to ZATCA’s platform in a set XML format. Details and your wave depend on your business, so check ZATCA’s own site.
Nexora calculates VAT at a rate you set, but it is not a ZATCA-approved solution. It does not produce the QR code or XML, connect to Fatoorah or print Arabic invoices. If your business must issue ZATCA invoices, use an approved solution for that step. We can still help with POS, CRM and property work, and a ZATCA integration would be a custom project that we would scope honestly with you first.

No. Nexora is not an approved e-invoicing solution. It calculates VAT at a rate you set, but it does not produce ZATCA QR codes or XML, connect to Fatoorah or print Arabic invoices. A ZATCA integration would be a custom project.

No, the interface is in English today. You can type customer and product names in Arabic. A full Arabic interface would be a custom project.
Yes, for the POS and management side. The Restaurant POS covers KOT, kitchen display, table management and billing, and the Retail POS covers barcode billing, stock and a customer ledger. You set the tax rate, such as 15% for VAT, but the invoices are not ZATCA e-invoices.
Nexora Property ERP covers tenants, rent collection, leases, maintenance and owner reports, and the CRM tracks leads. It does not file with any government property system.
Plans start at PKR 2,000/month (Basic) and PKR 5,999/month (Standard); Enterprise is custom-priced. Plans are priced in Pakistani rupees today. Message us and we will confirm a price in riyals.
