What is the GST Invoice Generator?

This GST invoice generator opens already set up for India: rupee amounts with lakh and crore grouping (₹1,25,000), GSTIN fields for you and your client, the title Tax Invoice and GST at 18% that you can change per line. Add your items, split the tax into CGST and SGST or charge IGST, attach a UPI QR code so the client can pay by scanning, and download the result as a PDF or an Excel workbook. It runs in your browser, with no signup and nothing uploaded.

How it works

   Your business and GSTIN

   Enter your business name, address and 15-character GSTIN, and add a logo if you have one. They are saved on this device, so the next invoice starts already filled in.

   Client, items and GST

   Add the client and their GSTIN if they are registered, then the items. GST at 18% is added for you; change the rate, or replace it with CGST and SGST (or IGST) under Taxes.

3. 3

   Design and payment

   Pick a template, then under How to pay add your bank details and a UPI ID for the QR code. Press Create for the PDF, Excel, print, WhatsApp or email options.

Your data and privacy

The free tools run in your browser. What you type stays on your device, and there is no account, watermark or time limit. Export a JSON backup from the editor menu before you clear your browser data.
