Invoice on Letterhead

Keep your own stationery design — the invoice fits inside it.

What is the Invoice on Letterhead?

Put an invoice on letterhead you already own instead of rebuilding your branding in a template. Upload the letterhead file your designer or print shop gave you, mark where its header and footer end, and the invoice flows into the space between. Download a PDF with the letterhead built in, or print just the text onto sheets that already carry it.

How it works

  1. 1

    Upload your letterhead

In step one, “My letterhead” is already selected. Drop in the file or tap to choose it. It is kept on this device and reused for every document you make.

  2. 2

    Set the safe area

Drag the blue guide lines on the preview to where the letterhead’s header ends and its footer begins, or type the distances in millimetres.

  3. 3

    Add the client and items

Step two takes the client, line items, taxes and discount. The totals update as you type.

  4. 4

    Choose a design and download

Each of the four templates has a letterhead version that keeps its fonts and table style but leaves the branding to your letterhead. Then download the PDF, print it, or export to Excel.

Your data and privacy

The free tools run in your browser. What you type stays on your device, and there is no account, watermark or time limit. Export a JSON backup from the editor menu before you clear your browser data.

Questions & answers

Export it as a PDF first: in Word use File → Save As → PDF, and in Google Docs File → Download → PDF document. Upload the PDF and the tool uses its first page.
