What is the Pay Stub Generator?

This free pay stub generator turns a few pay details into a clear earnings statement for one pay period: employer and employee details, pay date, hourly or fixed earnings, overtime, bonuses, deductions, year-to-date totals and take-home pay. Pick a payslip template, add your logo and download a PDF, PNG or Excel file. It works for any currency and any country, because you type your own tax rates instead of relying on a built-in tax table.

How it works

   Choose a design

   Pick one of four templates, a brand colour and A4 or US Letter paper. You can also rename the document to Payslip, Salary Slip, Earnings Statement or Wage Statement.

   Add employer and employee

   Enter the company name, address and logo, then the employee’s name, ID, job title and department. Show only the last four digits of any national ID.

   Set the pay period

   Choose weekly, every two weeks, twice a month or monthly. The period start, period end and pay date fill in for you, and you can change any of them.

   Enter earnings and deductions

   Add regular pay, overtime, bonuses and allowances, then income tax, social security, pension or insurance. Each line is a fixed amount or a percentage of gross pay.

   Download or share

   Download the PDF, save a PNG image or an Excel file, print it, or send it by WhatsApp or email. Totals are checked as you type.
