Every vehicle in the fleet is tracked as its own record — registration, specification and driver assignment — so booking a vehicle out never starts with a phone call to check what’s free.
A record for every vehicle
Each vehicle carries its registration, transmission type (automatic or manual), fuel type (petrol, diesel, hybrid or electric) and a list of its own features, plus whether it comes with a driver included. Vehicles can be filtered by status across the fleet, so availability is a filter, not a phone call.
Safe changes to fleet records
Removing a vehicle from the fleet requires an explicit confirmation step — naming the vehicle and its registration before it’s permanently removed — so fleet records don’t disappear by accident.
