Retail Store Reports

Store reports in Nexora Retail POS are built from the till itself — a daily closing report that reconciles cash and sales for the counter, not a general business dashboard.

A daily closing report, built from real transactions

At the end of a shift or day, the till produces a closing report — opening cash against closing cash, gross sales, discounts, tax, dues collected and items sold — computed directly from that period’s actual orders, not a manual tally.

  • Refunded or cancelled orders are excluded from the report’s active sales figures
  • The report can be filtered to today or a custom date range

Broken down by payment method and item

Sales are grouped by payment method, so a cashier or owner can see how much came in as cash versus card or mobile wallet, alongside a count of items sold — a store-level view, not a company-wide one.

Printed at the counter or exported

The closing report prints as a thermal receipt for the counter or exports as a CSV — built for reconciling a till at the end of a shift, not for boardroom analytics.
